At SUNdog, we can build your dream. We design, fabricate and install our shipping container homes and buildings on your site. We work with homeowners, developers and businesses to create buildings designed to achieve your goals. Smart and sustainable, our buildings are designed to perform.

You can select an existing plan and add your own ideas at a minimal fee or consult with our designers to develop your own vision. So if you are thinking big or tiny, we have the tools and expertise to make it happen. Just think of containers as building blocks SUPER HEAVY ones!

Fill out the contact form or call us to schedule an initial consultation, when we can help to establish a basic understanding of your project. Once we understand your needs, we provide a conceptual design for a limited fee based on the number of containers and additional square footage for hybrid construction designs (we do limit the number of changes in the initial fee).

We use the latest in design software, so we can quickly provide you with floor plans, ceiling plans, exterior views and a look inside your creation! Your preparation will result in the best outcome – prior to your scheduled consultation, please provide us with as much information as possible. Reference images and a property address and any documents such as surveys if available are always welcome.

Commercial Projects

When you are ready to roll, you can work with our architectural and engineering team to produce construction documents for permit. Your conceptual design fee will contribute to your architecture fee or container building purchase.

We provide high-efficiency fixtures and sustainable finishes. You can also work with our interior designers to select your fixtures and finishes.
